Delivery Information

We provide Next working day delivery through DPD and standard 2 working day delivery through Royal Mail, We will package your item well and insure it through one of our prefered delivery partners. This means if ordered by 2pm, DPD will deliver it the following working day or Royal Mail 2 working days later. Perfect for business critical or home refurb requirements.

What should you do if your order doesn’t arrive? 
Please get in touch, we can find out from the delivery partner and track it’s location, if its been delivered, we’re able to tell you where and when.  Please call 0800 6 102 109 or email team@westnetworks.co.uk as soon as you can. 

Please note: DPD Next Working Day delivery is only available to UK Mainland destinations. Next working day delivery cannot be guaranteed to Highlands. We are planning to offer delivery to the Islands,  Northern Ireland the rest of Europe shortly. Additional delivery charges and custom delays may apply.
